Our oysters are tumbled and simultaneously washed with high pressure jets to produce a clean oyster with refined edges and a deeper cup, ultimately yielding more meat. Perfect for raw consumption or cooking. Gluten-free, organic, non-GMO and as fresh as it possibly gets.

Refrigeration is the best form of storage, but should you choose to store in ice, it is advised to open clams within 24 hours. Do not store in air tight plastic containers or bags.
